The Center for Athletic Performance & Physical Therapy is proud to be a sponsor for four of our very own Cactus Shadows High School athletes for their GRAD NITE LIVE event. This event is a fun, all-night gathering, providing a chaperoned, drug- and alcohol-free environment for graduates to celebrate this exciting milestone in their lives.
Carly Lenzen, Kelsey Marks, Abby Slack and Miranda Walker trained for volleyball at our Cave Creek facility with Drew Bohannan, C.S.C.S. “I have trained the girls for over a year now,” Bohannan said. “They’re all extremely dedicated and very hard workers.”
In fact, three of the girls will be playing volleyball in college next year. Carly will be playing for Utah State, Kelsey for Western New Mexico University and Miranda for Montreat College.
“I think training has helped them improve their confidence and allowed them to stay on the court and avoid injuries,” Bohannan said. “They all improved and got so much stronger.”
We are very excited to have been a part of helping these athletes improve on their volleyball skills and talents. Good luck in college next year girls!
