At the Center, our staff is highly educated and trained to work with individuals to help them accomplish their goals and get fit. Whether you’re coming off of an injury or just need a little bit of guidance while you’re at the gym, we can make it easier for you.
Our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists can write you an exercise program that will help you feel confident in knowing your way around the gym. The programs will tell you what machines, weights and equipment you should use daily to get the most out of your workout.
We are offering two specials: the Quick Start Program and the “Off-Peak” Personal Training Program.
Our Quick-Start Program offers:
A consultation, a workout session with a specialist to teach you how to use the equipment and weights, and a monthly written exercise program.
Our Off-Peak Personal Training Program offers:
Personal Training program at a 33 percent discounted rate if you workout with one of our Strength and Conditioning Specialists between the hours of 8am-2pm. Applies to Cave Creek and Scottsdale locations only.
