Join us Saturday mornings at 9:30am at our Scottsdale location for a series of yoga movements, stretches, and strength and balancing movements. Anyone can come who is at any level of fitness. Yoga is a personal journey. All it takes is the ability to learn breathing techniques, which is the cornerstone of all yoga practices.
Margot Meissner has been a yoga instructor for the past 10 years and has 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, including aerobic and interval classes and is a certified personal trainer.
