MEET OUR STAFF
Lyndon Knights PT, DPT
Lyndon is originally from Petit Valley, Trinidad and Tobago. He was educated at Queen’s Royal College. Lyndon received his Bachelor and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) in Tallahassee, Florida.
While at FAMU, he was a member of their Track and Field team as well as Habitat for Humanity, which led to a lifelong interest in Real Estate Investing.
Lyndon has relative experience pre and post orthopedic surgeries, youth soccer coaching, joint replacement and geriatric fitness specialist. He also has a Strong interest in manual techniques, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques and working towards Board Certification as a Sports Physical Therapist (SCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association.
In his free time, Lyndon enjoys pretty much every sport he can play such as soccer, table tennis, tennis, golf, and triathlons. He also has a six year old son, who he loves spending as much time with as possible so that he may have a joyful, productive and responsible adult life.
Brady Smith, ATC
Brady Smith is originally from Taylorsville, Utah. He received his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Brigham Young University. While there, Brady spent time working with the universities physical therapist as well as their Division I football team.
He returned to Brigham Young University where he completed his maters degree in Exercise Science and specialized in Athletic Training. While a graduate student, he continued to work specifically with the schools football team. Brady spent a year interning with the Major League Soccer team located in Salt Lake City, Real Salt Lake.
In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Some of his favorite past times include camping, hiking; fly fishing, as well as photography.
