Chris McGovern, Sports Performance Director at our Arrowhead location, chose football players Kody Say, Ethan Ososkie, Damian Ortiz and Anthony Garcia as our Athletes of the Month. “I like working with the boys because they have a very mature approach to training,” Chris said. “They know that it isn’t always fun but they know that it will help with their performance in football, so they put in a lot of hard work.”
Kody, 13 years old, has been playing football since he was five. He started carrying a football around with him when he was just 2 years old. Kody plays defensive end and tight end and says it would be his dream to play college football for the Oregon Ducks and professional football for the San Diego Chargers.
