Tom Bratcher | PT
Owner and Founder
Tom has years of experience working with athletes of all levels and abilities. He has worked directly with the Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona State University, Rockhurst University, Phoenix Roadrunners (IHL), Arizona Sand sharks Professional Soccer (CISL), Arizona Thunder Professional Indoor Soccer (WISL), along with being a consultant for many professional, collegiate and high school athletes in all sports. He formerly played at a collegiate, national and professional level of soccer in the United States. He is now a USSF national "B" licensed coach and is sitting for his "A" license this winter. He has been the director of the ABSSS enhancement program for Sereno Soccer Club for 4 years in which time the club has won 42 state, 7 regional, and 1 national championship with 2 national runners up. He has individually worked with numerous national team male and female players including 3 captains of their respective teams. He also works with many aspiring nationally ranked gymnasts, figure skaters, and tennis players. His passion is assisting athletes, injured and/or healthy; achieve their highest possible level of play

Kristen Collins | PT, DPT
Kristen a native of Arizona and a graduate of the NAU PT program, specializes with General and Pediatric orthopedic cases. She has trained the majorities of her internships in such fields and builds and enhances her knowledge of these populations through regular continuing education courses around the country. In addition, she spent much of her life as a club and collegiate gymnast thus has the experience and passion to rehab athletes and get them back to high levels of competition. Kristen is also actively involved with the Arizona Physical Therapy Association as she is currently acting as the Chair of the Scholarship Committee. She is also a member of the Orthopedic and Sport PT sections of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Brian Schwallier | PT, DPT, CSCS
Brian, a native of Arizona is a graduate of the Northern Arizona University Physical Therapy program. Prior to PT school he received a Bachelors degree of Exercise Science from Arizona State University. While in school Brian participated on many athletic teams at all levels, and acted as a Tennis instructor for three years. With Brian also being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist combined with his background, he looks forward to assisting others overcome injuries, prevent future injuries, and to achieve all their performance goals.

Jana Seibold | PT
Jana comes to the Center from Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Texas Tech University. In 2006, she received her Master’s degree in physical therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. Growing up Jana was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader and continued to cheer while she studied at Texas Tech. She also coached gymnastics for kids while in school and hopes to bring that same energetic approach, along with her knowledge about sports medicine, rehabilitation and a true passion for orthopedic physical therapy to the Center.

Roy Holmes | CSCS
Director of Sports Performance
Originally from Temecula, California, Roy came to Arizona to attend school at Northern Arizona University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Communication. During his time at NAU he played football for the Lumberjacks as a defensive back where he was named the teams Defensive scout of the year (1997) and Special Teams Player of the year (1999). He began at the CAP as a Physical Therapist Tech but his true interest was always with sports performance. Since joining the sports performance staff he has had the opportunity to develop and implement the CAP training philosophy with many amateur, division 1, and profession athletes. Currently he maintains the workouts for the individual athletic Sports Performance program and FITness training.

Sandi Oligny | ATC
Originally from Massachusetts, Sandi attended Ohio University in Athens, OH, where she received her bachelors degree in Athletic Training with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduating, she returned to Mass, to work at Williams College working with the women's field hockey and softball teams. Since Sandi has moved to Arizona she hope to use her knowledge a experience as a Athletic Trainer to help the Center produce successful outcomes with both rehabilitation and sports performance.

Giber Becerra | ATC, CSCS
Giber graduated with two Bachelors of Science degrees in Athletic Training and Corporate Fitness & Wellness from Grand Canyon University. He has acquired knowledge as an Athletic Trainer on diverse sports throughout his educational career such as, track, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tae kowndo, football, tennis, and lacrosse. Giber held an internship with the professional arena football team, Arizona Rattlers. He currently helps run the Strength and Conditioning program for the Sereno Soccer Club. He earned All-American honors throughout his junior college career. He has also played soccer professionally in the U.S.I.S.L.
