Schedule
All class schedules are subject to change. Performance Classes are by appointment only. If you have been a sedentary individual it is recommended that you consult with a physician first before joining any Boot Camp classes. Boot Camp Classes can be performed at your own pace but the class is very up-tempo, so some prior training experience is recommended.
