Performance Program

Have you hit a training plateau? Would you like to feel like an athlete again? Is it time to take your game up a notch? At the Center for Athletic Performance and Physical Therapy, we customize our performance programs to fit the needs and the life styles of our athletes and clients. We believe that our fully integrated performance enhancement program can help anyone at any level maximize their full athletic potential!

Features of our Performance Program

Programs

FIT (Functional Intense Training)

Our FIT Program has been develop to enhance our general populations over all wellness. With this program our clients will receive and initial evaluation and a customized workout program that will be changed every 4 weeks.

FIT Camp

FIT Camp is the Center's Boot Camp style training class. During FIT Camp our clients will do high intensity circuit training, within a 60 minute time frame. We provide an up tempo and dynamic environment for all levels. Have fun and get in shape at the same time. Classes can hold 6-12 clients.

Sports Performance Training

It does not matter if you are a elite athlete or a kid trying to make your varsity team we have a program for you. After our evaluation process we will know exactly what you need and what specific demands to impose on you during your program. All training session packages are based on frequency and duration of training. Group and Team training can be provided to groups of 2-6 athletes.

Youth Performance Training

Today's Kids are very different then they were several years back. Kids today do not play out side anymore like kids did in the past. Today's kids interact with each other through hand held games and the internet. With this in mind our program is based on developing the movement skills that our kids are lacking during their daily lives. Our program will teach kids how to run, jump, land, tumble, and more all while having fun. We begin training at age 8.

Private 1-on-1 Training

For people that prefer more individualized 1-on-1 training. Evaluation and program design is base on number of sessions and training frequency.
